(Casa da Passarella Branco has a citrine color. On the nose stand out the aromas of rosemary, sage with citrus fruits and spices. In the mouth it is very lively in the acidity, elegant and thin, quite gastronomic, delicate and with a huge freshness in the final set. A cheerful, elegant white and firm freshness.)

We're looking at a producer who's reborn from the ashes. He came to stay and write a new story, but the history of this house is old, dating back to the 19th century, when it was erected. Great wines were born from this house and from these vineyards. Who does not remember the P63, at the time vinified by José Maria da Fonseca. I wanted fate that was "abandoned" to the world of wine, keeping only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. I also wanted the destination that the new owner, were people of good taste, extreme dedication in doing and doing well. Thus was born the new House of Passarella, to write a new chapter in the history of this house and in the dão region. The wines are excellent and with, no less delicious, labels. They are wines made with rigor and a lot of desire to do the best. The future, that seems guaranteed to us, to be evaluated by the glowing start-up.
