Conde de Anadia wines are born at the Palace of The Counties Anadia in Mangualde-Viseu. The production of wine on the property dates back to the 18th century. Belonging to the demarcated region of Dão (Terras de Azurara sub-region) in the vineyards of the Palace we find the typical varieties of the Dão region: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Encruzado.
The Palace of the Counts of Anadia, one of the most remarkable Houses of Portugal, is a magnificent building of the eighteenth century. This story is present in the Palace, in the Gardens, in the Quinta and in its 17th Century Forest.
