Wine of citrus color, with intense mineral character and strong citrus aromas, peaches and notes of white flowers. In the mouth shows great balance and complexity, with flavors of juicy stone fruits and a refreshing acidity. Very long and salty finish

The family NIEPOORT has been producing Port Wine since 1842. The first property in the Douro was purchased in 1987 and Dirk NIEPOORT ushered in a new era in the company with the creation of the first Red Dome in 1991. In recent years, NIEPOORT has launched itself the great challenge of interpreting other soils and climates, and has acquired two properties in other regions: Dão and Bairrada. Discover the Triangle NIEPOORT that expresses the different terroirs: Shale (Douro), Limestone (Bairrada) and Granite (Dão). After creating in 2002 the first wine of the "Fabulous" family, which was called "Fabelhaft", Dirk NIEPOORT insisted on designing an original and distinctive label for each market using a local artist to illustrate a story appropriate to the values and sensitivity of each country and its relationship with wine. "Diálogo", "Conversa", "Allez Santé", "Drink Me", "Alonso Quijano" ,"Fabelhaft", among others, are some of the names that the "Fabulous" assume taking into account the reality of the markets for which they are intended, respectively Portugal, Brazil, Belgium, England, Spain and Germany. This wine symbolizes joy, celebration, good food, good friends, good life, a wine of pure pleasure, elegant and that expresses the reality of the Douro. In July 2011, Diálogo Branco 2010 and Fabelhaft Branco were launched. The "Wines Projects" include all wines labeled "NIEPOORT Projetos", which are experiences carried out in the Douro or Vila Nova de Gaia, but also wines made in partnership with other producers, such as Doda, with Álvaro de Castro, from the Dão region; OmLet, made in the Douro with the Spanish producer Telmo Rodriguez; Ultreia, produced in the Douro with the Spanish producer Raul Perez; Muhr van der wines NIEPOORTin Austria in collaboration with Dorli Muhr; Cape Charme and Cape Fortified, produced in South Africa with Eben; or Ladredo, from Ribera Sacra (Spain).
