How to find the product you are looking for?
1 - Click on the different sections available to find the different categories: Wine Cellar, Grocery, Gifts, Crafts and Utensils, then click on the subcategory of the product(s) you are looking for.
2 - You can also use the “Search in the store” field and enter the name or subcategory of the product, eg: Wine, Olive Oil, Chocolate, Condiments, Ice Buckets etc. Then you will find the available products.

Orders - Do the product prices already include the VAT rate?
Yes all of them, unless otherwise stated.
Orders - How do I proceed to place an order?
The purchase process is very simple;
After having chosen the desired product(s), add them to the "shopping cart", then finalize the purchase by filling in all the required data fields. And finally, make the payment, after receiving it in our system, your order will be processed and sent, and you will immediately receive our order confirmation and shipping information.
Note: Sabor & Art only starts this entire process after confirmation of payment of the order.

Shipping - What is the delivery time for an order?
Deliveries in Mainland Portugal:
Our delivery period is generally only made on working days (Monday to Friday) and during office hours (from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm). On Christmas and New Year's Eve, if they fall on a business day, we only deliver until 13:00.
The customer can also choose to take their order at our physical store located at Rua João de Deus, 771 in Porto, free of any shipping costs.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time (under normal conditions) will be approximately 48 hours, but may be extended up to 72 hours in case (in addition to unforeseen events in transit) there is an order for baskets of more than 5 units per reference, where process requires more time to prepare for shipment.
Due to a large flow of orders in the month of December and for this reason, Sabor & Art does not commit to orders placed from the 15th of December to be delivered within the deadlines considered normal.
*Islands - Azores and Madeira:
In the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira, the delivery period will be between 6 to 16 working days. Please note that these deadlines are for information purposes only, as there may be irregularities in connections to and between islands, which (if they exist) will be beyond Sabor & Art's compliance with the delivery deadlines for orders. This is especially true for shipments to Ilha das Flores and Corvo, which may be subject to an increase in transit time of around 12 working days.
Shipments to Mainland Spain :
Between 48h to 72h.
Transit times in Europe are generally between 3 to 7 working days and in other countries between 7 to 10 working days, however in other destinations in the world it may be longer. In these (international) shipments, the customer must take into account certain and certain legal constraints in each country.
1. In some countries, the sale and consequent import of alcoholic beverages, among other foodstuffs, is expressly prohibited.
2. In extra-community (EU) countries, customs fees may be charged in some cases.
In both notices, Sabor & Art declines any responsibility if the order(s) for any of these reasons, or others of a legal nature, are not delivered. Therefore, we advise you to be properly informed before sending any order with an International destination.

Shipping - How can I track the status of my order?
In any delivery method, we will send you an email or SMS, informing you of the dispatch of your order, containing the tracking number of the order (tracking), which you can use to follow the status of the shipment on the website of our carriers. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it is in transit. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS when the driver leaves the warehouse, as well as the driver's number and identification, in case you need to change any delivery details.
Returns - How should I proceed when I receive my order?
When receiving the order, the customer should check:
1. The number of packages coincides with that indicated on the transport/invoice note.
2. Check the external condition of the order for tears, stains that you suspect come from the inside of the package (if orders are for drinks, or other liquid and similar products.)
In the event of detecting any visible external damage to the merchandise, the customer must refuse to receive the volume(s) in question and immediately notify the services via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and as soon as possible to obtain it from us. a detailed information of what happened, we will contact the customer in order to find a solution for this purpose, which may include a new shipment or refund of the amount paid by the customer for that order.
Returns - If I am not satisfied can I return my order?
The Sabor & Art recognizes all its customers the right to withdraw from contracts with her celebrate, allowing them to return within 14 days for products purchased under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February. To clarify any doubts, request additional information or send suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In distance purchases, if you want to cancel the purchase (resolve the contract) after the product reaches you (date of receipt of the product), you have 14 days in a row to communicate your withdrawal, with no cost or need to invoke the reason. You can return the order to us up to 14 days after the date you received it, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, assuming that the products are in perfect condition and are exactly packed how you received it. The consumer must communicate to savort.pt the decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post that must be registered and with acknowledgment of receipt), or email, in the latter case to the email address email@example.com.
The right of free withdrawal must be exercised by sending the communication referred to in the previous paragraph within 14 consecutive days and returning the order. In the event of a resolution, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to return or deliver the item to the seller and bear the cost of its return. Once the returned product is received, in the same conditions as it was sold, we will refund the consumer the amount paid for the order, so you must indicate your IBAN, or if you prefer, we will return it by postal order.
WHEN YOU CANNOT GIVE UP - YOU CANNOT RESOLVE THE CONTRACT
You cannot give up the purchase, nor return your order, regarding goods:
1 - Made according to your specifications or customized;
2 - As for those which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or perish quickly; namely DAIRY PRODUCTS, SAUSAGES, CHOCOLATES AND DERIVATIVES AND DRY FRUIT.
3 - Sealed goods not subject to return for reasons of health or hygiene protection, when opened after delivery;
4 - Goods that after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles
You can return the order to us up to 14 days after the date you received it, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, assuming that the products are in perfect condition and are exactly packed how you received it. Shipping - What are the shipping costs for each order?
For all destinations in mainland Portugal, the shipping costs for each order are calculated based on its weight.
For orders only for mainland Portugal and for non-urgent orders, whose individual value of each one is equal to or greater than 50 €, shipping will be free, as they are our offer.
For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, and vary depending on the intended destination. You will be able to see the exact amount when you enter the items in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.
